Request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it

Under UK GDPR you can ask us what personal data we hold about you (Article 15) or ask us to delete it (Article 17, the “right to be forgotten”). Use the form below - we’ll respond within 30 days.

A few things worth knowing before you submit: if your enquiry was already distributed to a partner business, we keep the outcome/billing record (not your contact details) for up to 90 days for billing disputes - see our Privacy Policy for the full retention schedule. Deleting your data may mean we can no longer help with an in-progress enquiry.
